We have enough build-up/break-down volunteers! We are still looking for extra crowd control volunteers.
On the day of the March for Climate and Justice, we need MANY volunteers to help us out and turn the march into a great success! You can register as a volunteer on the day of the march (Sunday, November 12) through the form below.
You can sign up for the following roles/time slots*:

Build-up – prior to the march from +/-08:00am to 13:00pm

Before the start of the march, we need volunteers to help us doing build-up and other preparations. As a build-up volunteer, you help getting the backstage and the volunteers catering ready. This will mainly take place on Museumplein, where the stage is located. A number of people will also be needed at Dam Square.
Note: during build-up, we may need to lift and lug around heavy material. Is this not possible for you, for example due to a physical disability or injury, but would you like to help out anyway? Please indicate this in the form below.
Volunteers helping at build-up should be able to be at Dam Square for the start of the march. However, we may need a few people to stay a little bit longer.
Crowd controle – during the march from +/-10:00am to +/-5:00pm

As a crowd controle volunteer, you ensure that the march runs smoothly and keep an eye on the good vibes. You help people if necessary, answer their questions and provide information. You also inform the safety coordinator if there is a reason to do so.
If you register as a crowd controle volunteer, we may ask you to join the clean up crew instead. As part of the clean up crew, you walk around carrying a waste picker and trash bag to clean up any mess from the march that is laying around. Or we ask you to walk around with a collection box for the march and ask protesters to chip in.
We are also looking for accessibility coordinators who provide information, for example about short cuts, wheelchair accessibility and more. If you think this is a role that fits you well, please indicate this in the form below.
Break-down – after the march and stage program has ended from +/-05:00pm to 07:00pm
After the march, we need help breaking down and cleaning up everything at Museumplein.
